We are currently seeking a Content Writer/CSR to join our Vancouver based team.

 

Reporting to the Manager, Client Services and the Business Requirements Manager, this position for Content Writer/CSR will be responsible for editing, creating, proofreading and maintaining content for all aspects of web based and print projects. The Content Writer/CSR will administer database entry and functionality while keeping track of required content and tight deadlines. Candidate will provide customer service and support to existing clients and work with project mangers to launch new projects.  Candidate will assist the team in integration of content and will assist with required tasks for completion of projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, create, edit and proofread content for PURL and print projects of eConcierge™ program
• Provide customer service and support to existing clients
• Provide support for various tasks associated within the eConcierge™ team
• Other duties as assigned

 

Experience:

• 2 - 3 years experience in a related field
• Previous experience in content creation and customer services preferred
• Experience within travel, print industry, web design and web development

 

Skills:

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong command of English language with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Quick learner with the ability to meet tight deadlines while working under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task to provide team support while completing  tasks in a timely and professional manner
• Competent computer skills necessary

 

Other Specific Requirements:

• Marketing education or experience is a definite asset
• Bilingual in both English and French a definite asset

 

This is a full time, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday position but will require flexibility to work on call, unusual hours or extended shifts when necessary.
