We are currently seeking a Client Service Representative to join our Toronto based team.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure a unique and invaluable liaison between the corporate client, the production/shipping staff and all levels of management.  Providing excellence in customer service along with a dedicated proactive attitude is an essential component of the Client Service Representative role.  The goal is to achieve a true balance between efficiency, satisfaction, success and profitability.

 

The Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Customer service, including inventory control, order processing, tracking orders, data management, on going communication, training new staff and fielding customer complaints.
• Bulk distributions include scheduling of shipments, receiving and organizing customs clearance for overseas shipments.  Monitoring inventory and managing cost effectiveness of organized distribution and risk management to ensure efficiency.
• Administrative duties include receptionist responsibilities, data processing, general office duties, chairing meetings/conference calls and recording minutes.
• Web Management of detailed tiered lists of maximum/minimum requirement for agent orders.  Formatting files for posting to include descriptions of products, banners and other related items.  Accurate maintenance/updating of stock (control)
• Inside sales include customized services to individual clients to encourage client participation in various promotions.
• Accounting responsibilities include preparing invoices, quoting, stat reports and month end reporting
• Other duties as assigned

                                                                   
The ideal candidate will have studied and have at least 2 years experience in any of the following areas: Travel Industry, Customer Service, Distribution and Warehousing. The successful incumbent will also maintain great attention to detail, be able multi-task and prioritize, and be able to work under time constraints in a professional manner while working under minimal supervision. Having the ability to adapt to high pressure/high volume seasons and understanding basic geography relating to shipping schedules is important. Basic math skills and proficiency with MS Office package/Internet use a must.

 

The successful incumbent must possess excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills, in both English and French.
