While appearing to the employee as a neat and easy to read booklet, the 2005 Reward Statement was in fact an exceptionally complex piece of digital print to generate.
The fully variable, colour digital booklet had to take into account the wide range of potential benefits that each individual employee may receive ranging from bonuses, staff discounts, profit share and share options to pensions, company cars and health benefits, in addition to their salary. As it was providing each employee with highly personal information, it had to be 100% in every way.
The Reward Statement was highly acclaimed by both M&S senior management and customer facing staff and has won praise from within our industry, winning Contac’s UK group several awards earlier this year.
