Marks & Spencer
Explore
Marks & Spencer, one of the UK's leading retailers, employs 68,000 employees in 30 countries. In 2005, Marks & Spencer came to Contac to assist with the development of a fully variable, colour digital booklet that would be distributed to each employee and customized with highly personal information, including pay structure and benefits.
Inspire
The result was The 2005 Reward Statement, which took into account the wide range of potential benefits that each employee could receive, ranging from bonuses, staff discounts and profit shares to pensions, company cars and health benefits, in addition to their salary.
Execute
The Reward Statement was highly acclaimed by both Marks & Spencer senior management and customer facing staff, and went on to win Print Media Management Magazine's 2005 Quality in Production Grand Prix Award.
